At the end of World War II, Hanna gave temporary asylum to a prisoner of war, Arakel, hiding him in her hut in southern Norway. The presence of this man changes her life and she starts writing down about her feeling in her diary… Laura, 42, single and fiercely independent, lives a quiet and isolated life as a math teacher in Yerevan, Armenia. It seems that nothing can change the rigidly ordered daily routine of this woman until she receives a diary from her mother, who died while she was giving birth to Laura. As Laura learns about her parents’ story for the first time a love story of desperation, loss and primal passion – she begins to experience a parallel story of forbidden love in her own life.

| Galstyan, Hovhannes Hovhannes Galstyan (born 1969, Yerevan, Armenia)
He obtained a Diploma of Feature Film Director in 1995 from the Yerevan Pedagogical Institute, Department of Culture. In 1998, he is the Founder and Director of the Private Look LLCompany, which organizes «Private Look» international film festivals of audio-visual arts and independent producers.
He wrote screenplays for three feature films, of which "Hump and Wings" was awarded by the Ministry of Culture of the Republic of Armenia.
He produced and directed more than ten video/television films about children: Our Child is Growing-Amazing Days Chronology (Joint project with UNICEF).
