Mary and Eliza live in Yerevan. One day they see a fancy hat in the window of one of the expensive stores in one of the central streets in the city. The hat reminds them of the one their beloved grandmother had in her youth. Sisters decide to do evertyhing to get the hat.

With a degree in Economics, Hasmik entered Hayfilm film school in 2003 and in parallel started her work at GOLDEN APRICOT IFF, where she coordinated the industry department. After some experience at international festivals and work in film production, she started her first steps in filmmaking in 2009. She is an international fellowship graduate at the Documentary Center of George Washington University.
