SYNOPSIS
In rural Kazakhstan, a poverty-stricken family struggles to cope with the strains of everyday life. As a result, the father of two young boys, Amir and Serikbai, leaves for Russia in search of work. The boys begin to witness various household items being sold off and soon come to learn that their mother has turned to prostitution to make ends meet.

Բorn 1957 Sakoulou, Kyrgyzstan․ Film director, Academician of the National Motion Picture Academy of KG, acting member of the European Academy of Arts, People's Artist of KG, Laureate of National Prize of KG named after Toktogul. From 1976 to 1980 studied at Kyrgyz State Academy. From 1980 worked as Art director and director of feature films at Kyrgyzfilm Studio. In 1998 opened his own production studio Beshkempir. Starting from 2004 is an art-director of Oy ART Studio.
