Arsen Sarkisyan was born in 1999 in a small village near the city of Taganrog (Rostov region, Russia). Graduated from the Faculty of Law of Southern Federal University in 2021. In the same year he entered the St. Petersburg School of New Cinema, graduated in 2023, and defended Diploma in 2024.
